I also had a Honda supplied boot tidy for an HR-V to give away and I've still got it almost 5 years on!

And does it come with the attachment screw down, the storage box that sits on top of the spare and the Jack and tools etc. ?

What exactly is this boot tidy ?
Is it still available ? Any pictures of it ?
Is it the box that sits on top of the spare wheel ? Or is it one of those expandable folding boxes you leave in the boot to hold stuff like spare oil and a de-icer etc.

The spacesaver wheel from a 2013 CR-V fits perfectly to the 18in wheels. (and fits flat in the boot) About £50 from a breaker.

It's 17in x 114.3 Offset 4J fitted with a 155/90 d17 tyre

Remember you also need a suitable jack and a 19mm socket with wrench
