Hi All
The mirrors on my 2015 H-RV Ex Auto occasionally close and then open again whilst driving and this has become a little more often of late. Car was fully services in January and has only done 41k miles.
Anyone have any ideas or remedy they can offer or is it a software issue perhaps?
I cannot see anything in the handbook covering this.
My next step is to speak to Honda but thought I would ask members here first.
Hope someone has some ideas or perhaps experienced this in the past?
Thanks guys!
Door Mirrors close and open whilst driving?
Since posting this problem I have found a video on YouTube which may be of help.
I have applied the principle of this to my car and will now wait until it is driven to see if the problem have been resolved.
However, members may like to view the video so here is a link below ....

I would still like to hear any comments members may have and once I have road tested over next few days I will post an update here.

It's a well-known problem with the mirror switch on Honda vehicles of similar age to yours.

Hi Guys
Since posting my original question we have not had any repeats of the problem since I operated the interior mirror switch a good few times.
This seems to have freed up the interior mirror door switch as the video I referred to suggested.
Both my wife and I have been driving the car without experiencing any recurrence so perhaps we have overcome the initial problem now!
Lets hope so.
