Hi Shaunb,
From memory I think the sat nav is a Garmin unit also you may have to pay for the update as the memory update was free for 5 years.
You will need a 16Gb usb memory stick (possibly a 32Gb). Put into the type A USB socket, not the charging socket. Look for the update icon in the sat nav maps section and tap it. Take the stick to a computer, download and install the Garmin Express progamme and the plug in the stick and follow the instructions.
After the map update has been downloaded into stick, insert into the car and download it.
I may have made a few errors here but good luck.

I have never had a CVT long enough to have the oil replaced.
I have found this on line.
Generally speaking, they say between 20k & 50k miles
